ReferralPath is an independent referral and placement-coordination service. It is provided for individuals and professionals to submit and manage initial accommodation enquiries. By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information.

Submitting an initial enquiry does not guarantee accommodation or a placement. ReferralPath does not provide accommodation or support directly, guarantee a placement, or make the receiving provider's final assessment decision. Every enquiry is subject to assessment, eligibility, risk and suitability checks by the relevant participating provider.

ReferralPath is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.

ReferralPath is a trading name of Bright Intent Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17445476. Its registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

For professional enquiries, you confirm that you have authority to submit the initial information on behalf of the person referred and that, where appropriate, the person is aware of the enquiry. For self-enquiries, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
