For agencies and professionals who want to join our network, and for accommodation providers who want to advertise supported housing, supported living or transitional housing. Joining the network does not guarantee referrals or placements, and it does not create a provider account.

ReferralPath is an independent referral and placement-coordination service. Completing this form does not automatically make an organisation a participating provider.

For accommodation providers

Advertise supported accommodation with ReferralPath

ReferralPath is an independent marketplace for supported housing, supported living and transitional housing. Providers advertise their own accommodation, manage their own enquiries, and decide who they accept.

Apply, then advertise with permission

Tell us about your organisation. After our team reviews and approves it, you get a secure provider workspace where you add each property. Nothing is published until ReferralPath staff have approved it and your permission to advertise is recorded.

Advertise rooms and vacancies

Publish each property once with its rooms and availability. Availability is re-confirmed every seven days, so visitors only ever see what you have agreed to publish — never an exact address or room number.

Enquiries come straight to you

Direct enquiries are routed to your organisation and appear in your provider inbox with a reference. Your team replies, records internal notes and updates the status. Enquirers are told clearly that an enquiry is not an offer of accommodation.

Free to start, paid plans as you grow

Every organisation starts on the free plan with one active property and unlimited rooms, plus the enquiry inbox. Paid plans raise your property allowance. Current plans and prices are shown in your workspace before you subscribe, and payment goes through Stripe's secure billing.

Optional featured listings

You can promote a published property as a featured listing for a set number of days. Featured placements are clearly labelled as paid, and they never change the availability statement or your eligibility criteria.

Introductory trial places

From time to time we offer an introductory trial of a paid plan, and sometimes a complimentary featured credit. Trials never require a card, never renew and never charge automatically — ask our team what is currently available.

Applying does not create a provider account or grant access automatically. Our team reviews every application, and provider workspaces are created by invitation once an organisation has been approved.
